the Story

Under the shadow of a giant wind farm, another regular day has passed for the city of Beaufort. The forecast calls for a thunderstorm, KAI has topped the weekly music charts yet again, and Sonic advertises their new line of audio products.

But somewhere in the city, a ragged man collapses to the ground believing he possesses evidence to a conspiracy. Trembling, he fears for his doom… until a quiet passerby invites him to her home.

And now, an unprecedented storm is brewing on the horizon. Unknowingly, they are caught in the middle of it all.

the Author

Of Beaufort is written and drawn by nawafiai (aka: Miki Sato) who is a 20-something year old from Canada. She is a university graduate with a degree in illustration, but has always been creatively driven towards the development of sequential stories. This is due to her childhood influences from Japanese manga and anime that continue on to this day.
